Information and providers

We receive contact and delivery details, order records and messages you send us. Shopify and payment providers handle checkout and payment information. Amazon Web Services hosts the storefront. Hosting services may process device, browser, network and request information for operation and troubleshooting.

Klaviyo processes email addresses, subscription preferences and checkout and order records synced from Shopify for email subscriptions and marketing messages.

We share information needed to provide these services with payment, hosting, email, fulfillment, delivery and support providers. Disclosure may also be required by law. Providers may process data outside your country. Shopify describes its practices in its consumer privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage maintain your cart and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and advertising tools, when active, may receive browsing, device and purchase events. Use Cookie preferences when shown to manage these categories; browser settings can also restrict cookies, which may affect the cart.

If you subscribe, we use your email and consent record for offers and cart reminders. Follow the confirmation email to complete signup. Optional tracking on this site may share cart contents and a checkout recovery link with Klaviyo after your marketing tracking consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails; order and service messages may still be sent.

Retention and requests

We keep information as needed for orders, support, legal obligations and disputes. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information or limits on its use. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
